1. What Predixa is

Predixa is a sports information and analysis service: predictions, odds found, confidence levels and the reasoning behind each pick.

Predixa is not a bookmaker: it does not take bets, hold betting funds or broker bets.

2. No guaranteed results

Predictions and analysis are opinions based on data and models, including artificial intelligence. They can be wrong and no result is guaranteed.

Odds, statistics and lineups come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or change without notice.

You alone are responsible for your betting decisions.

3. Age and responsible gambling

You must be at least 18 (or the legal age in your country, if higher). Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, contact a support service in your country.

4. Your account

• The details you give us must be true and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account.
• Accounts are personal: do not share them or sell access.

5. Plans, payments and renewal

• There is a free plan and paid plans (Sport and Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Each plan's limits are on the Plans page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Profile or Billing; paid access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Prices and limits may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds follow the applicable consumer protection law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, copy or resell the analysis.
• Abuse the chat or AI tools, try to get around limits or share credentials.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.

7. Content and ownership

The texts, analysis, design and the Predixa brand belong to Predixa or its licensors. Club and competition names and crests belong to their owners and appear only to identify matches.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. There may be interruptions for maintenance or failures of third-party providers.

To the extent permitted by law, Predixa is not liable for losses resulting from bets or decisions made on the basis of the site's content.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence. Questions: support@predixabet.com.
